Monday - Friday, 7:

00 PM Qualifications and Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills are essential for a customer concierge Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues is important in creating a welcoming and supportive environment Proficiency in using computer systems, email, and various software applications is often required for customer concierge positions The ability to identify and resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner is essential in a customer concierge role.

Responsibilities:
Warm and Welcoming Presence Information and Guidance Parent Communication and Engagement Professional Development Appointment and Event Management Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certification is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
