Duties:
- Answer phones, greet clients, and schedule appointements as needed.
- Maintain elctronic and physical files of documents.
- Data entry transactions from bank statements/credit card statements into QuickBooks - Prepare excel spreadsheets
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in basic math calculations for data entry.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in date entry.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for creating spreadsheets and utilizing functions.
- Ability to work independently.
