We are professional with a strong sense of teamwork and our goal is to provide outstanding periodontal and implant care to patients to help them achieve higher overall health and confidence.

Modern office setting Work-from-home days opportunity (after probationary period) Growth opportunities Early off days (3 on Wednesday, 2 on Friday) We are looking for a Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our patients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our front office staff and duties may include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and providing general administrative support.
You will also be responsible for sterilization and cleaning rooms in a timely manner.
You will be trained in all aspects of the practice.
Surgical training is required.
Candidate must be fully able to assist the doctor in all surgeries.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork is a must!
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and provide them with information about the practice.
Schedule appointments and confirm appointments with patients.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and other dental professionals.
Collect payments from patients and process insurance claims.
Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist the doctor in surgery when needed.
Clean and sterilize operatories in a timely manner.
Sterilize and bag instruments accordingly.
Keep sterilization area clean and organized.
