Prince William County is hiring for the position of a Front Desk Coordinator (Administrative Coordinator) to supervise a fantastic team of administrative support staff at the Community Services in our Manassas and Woodbridge offices.
ABOUT THIS ROLE As the face of the organization, front desk operations play a critical role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our clients and their families when they are accessing services.
Front Desk operations are critical to serving clients of Community Services.
It is the first impression that clients and family members experience when they are accessing services.
This function must be efficiently and effectively run so that services are provided in a professional clinical setting.
The incumbent will not be able to be always present due to the operating hours, so trust must be developed with all staff to treat all clients with respect and great customer service.
There will be continuous improvement expectations on all aspects of business operations, from customer service, client payments and signatures, training and developing staff and addressing facility issues.
Constant change and adaptability are necessary skills and must be met with professionalism.
MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or G.
E.
D.
and 3 years of related clerical/administrative support experience.
PREFERENCES 2-3 years of experience in the areas of staff supervision, facility coordination, administrative support and customer service in a healthcare setting, behavioral health preferred.
SPECIAL REQUIRMENTS Must pass TB test.
Certification in first aid and cardiac pulmonary resuscitation, as required.
Offer of employment is contingent upon the candidate passing a fingerprint based national criminal history record check.
Child protective services requirements:
effective 1999, mandated by the department of behavioral health and developmental services 12VA35-105-400 rules and regulations for licensing providers by the department of behavioral health and development services related to criminal registry checks, a search of the registry of founded complaints of child abuse and neglected maintained by the Department of Social Services.
WORK SCHEDULE 8 AM - 5 PM, with occasional flex schedule work until 8 PM Monday through Thursday.
STARTING SALARY RANGE $27.
63 - $39.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
