Greet members and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Maintain a cleanliness and tidiness of locker room facilities, including restrooms, showers, and changing areas.
Assist members and guests in locating lockers.
Monitor the usage of lockers and ensure compliance with club policies and regulations.
Provide fresh towels and amenities as needed, ensuring a well-stocked and orderly environment.
Maintain a keen eye for detail.
Offer exceptional customer service by promptly addressing member inquiries and concerns.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualification Standards:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Attention to detail and the ability to uphold high cleanliness standards.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning and lifting tasks, as well as standing for extended periods.
Professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential member information.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as per club events and functions.
Knowledge of basic hygiene and sanitation practices.
