Food and beverage operations are open from 6:
30am until 11:
00pm (occasionally later based on member requests).
Servers at RTJ provide dining in all areas of the club including a la carte grill rooms, cottages, private events rooms, banquets.
We offer a mix of upscale formal and polished informal dining.
Venues are a mix of both indoor and outdoor.
We are looking for individuals with a passion for hospitality--those that look to provide extra step service.
Preference given to YEAR-ROUND full time and part-time candidates.
Seasonal availability will be considered as needed.
Full-time must be available both AM and PM.
Part-time must be available Sundays.
Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of restaurant experience and preferably 2 years in a fine dining or private club environment.
Starting wages $18-25/hr based on experience.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Servers & Bartender to join our team.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a fast-paced environment, a passion for mixology, and an ability to provide excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will be able to create unique and delicious drinks, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and ensure that all guests have an enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Mix drinks accurately and efficiently.
Keep track of customer orders and ensure that all drinks are served correctly.
Ensure that all customers are of legal drinking age.
Provide excellent customer service.
Maintain knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor selections.
