We're looking for someone with proficient customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and efficient technical skills.
It will be a part-time position, Basic dog knowledge is highly preferred.
Work days:
Wed-Sat, 8:
30am to 5pm Skills:
High school diploma or GED.
A minimum of 1-year experience as a receptionist.
High proficiency in working with all kinds of dog breeds, as well as basic knowledge of breeds.
Ability to work in administrative computer software such as Word, Excel, or Outlook.
The ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Excellent customer service and skills.
Consistent professional presentation and pleasant demeanor.
Strong written and verbal communication skills Time management and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Tending to customer needs, inquiries, and complaints.
Managing phone calls Processing bookings and cancellations, and managing appointment schedules.
Ensuring that the reception area is kept clean and professional.
Processing transactions and issuing receipts.
Performing administrative tasks such as filing, and updating records Job Type:
