- Friendly, tech savvy, detail oriented, quick learner, good communicator - Able to handle a fast paced environment, and manage your time wisely to complete all daily tasks efficiently and accurately - Experience in the optometric world is welcome, but not required.
We will teach you everything you need to know! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner - Schedule appointments and check patients in and out - Check insurance eligibility, accurately bill patients, and submit claims - Maintain the office clean and neat at all times Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday - Experience in customer service - Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Necessary Requirement) Compensation and
