The days and hours are as follows:
Monday/Friday:
9:
00am - 3:
00pm Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 10:
00am - 6:
00pm Responsibilities include:
Answering phone calls, returning voicemails, scheduling appts Checking patients in and out; collecting and posting payments, ensuring all consents and paperwork are completed Utilizing Alle system for all Allergan related purchases; issuing points Knowledge of products and all services:
answering clients questions regarding spa services, explaining pre and post op care instructions to clients Administrative:
creating paper charts for patients, making copies of paperwork for charts, file charts away, add new patient info into envision, add emails to constant contact for monthly specials, pricing and stocking retail, make sure medspa is clean/neat, decorate for holidays/ changing seasons, label and store botox/filler, change monthly flyers in patient rooms, making sure brochures are stocked and up to date on medspa and dermatology side The right candidate will be friendly, outgoing, organized and provide great customer service.
Prior customer service experience in a spa or salon setting required.
