LEASING CONSULTANT
The Marque at Heritage Hunt (The Marque), a 200 unit Class A apartment community located in Gainesville, VA is searching for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team. In this role, the candidate would be responsible for working towards maintaining a high, stable occupancy for the property. This position is primarily a sales based position with a heavy emphasis on customer service. As a Leasing Consultant, you will manage the leasing process from start to finish and be responsible for presenting the Marque in a favorable and compelling way to prospects.

Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
o Meeting with prospective residents to determine housing needs and eligibility
o Completing the application process
o Preparing leases and related documents utilizing Yardi property management software
o Maintaining knowledge of competitive properties, rental rates, and promotions
Qualifications:
o High school diploma or equivalent
o Proficiency in MS Office; Yardi experience preferred
o Excellent communication skills
o 1 - 2 years of leasing or sales experience
