Job Description:
Community Realty Company, Inc (CRC) is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for a 200 apartment Class A garden community in Gainesville, Virgnia.
The Assistant Manager will ensure the efficient operation of the property under the direction of the Community Manager. As the Assistant Manager you will lease alongside the other team members and assist with the implementation of programs to maximize traffic generation as well as marketing plans and team goals. In this role you will lead a team environment by motivating, developing and supporting the team in achieving all goals. You will complete all duties assigned to you by the Community Manager which will include, but not be limited to, posting rents, handling resident concerns, scheduling and monitoring turnover, and more.
You should demonstrate the following: superior sales skills, leadership, customer service orientation, organizational skills, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Requirements: We are looking for somebody with a minimum of 2 years residential property management experience; experience as an assistant manager is preferred. Additionally, candidates should have experience with at least one of the major property management software platforms. Yardi & LRO experience is a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
