MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST
Our busy OB/Gyn office is seeking an outgoing, well-spoken, team-oriented Full-Time Medical Receptionist. Our receptionists are the front line of our Practice and create the very first impression that our patients experience. We are looking for a self-motivated individual, who has a professional demeanor with excellent phone skills. The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work calmly and efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail is a must.
We are looking for someone who has initiative, and a desire to succeed. The ideal candidate needs to be a team player and be able to think outside the box when necessary.
Duties include welcoming and registering patients, verifying insurance information, collecting co-pays/balances, answering phones, directing calls appropriately, making appointments, scanning patient's charts, pulling patient's charts, and other duties as required.
Requirements:
Basic computer skills (ability to maneuver through windows-based system with ease), Minimum 2 years medical receptionist experience, preferable OB/Gyn-specific. Must be able to work early, evening and Saturday shifts. Must be willing to travel to our Fair Oaks and Woodbridge offices as needed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
